Blueprint Legacy Summit 2026
Twenty youth participated in a three day immersive retreat focused on leadership, financial literacy, confidence, and hands on skill development. Participants received stipends while learning how to earn and manage money, explored entrepreneurship, and engaged in activities such as carpentry, gardening, and archery.
This experience integrated all four Blueprint quarters by building financial awareness (Q1), providing hands-on workforce skills (Q2), strengthening confidence and brotherhood (Q3), and developing leadership, communication, and self advocacy (Q4).
Blueprint to wealth: College Tour
Twenty-five BlackBoy Blueprint youth toured Morehouse College, engaged with campus culture, and attended a live football game, gaining firsthand exposure to college life and opportunities. Participants were introduced to pathways in higher education, financial planning, and long-term goal setting.
This experience aligned with Q1: Secure the Bag by expanding financial awareness, future planning, and reinforcing education as a pathway to economic stability.

Carhartt and Blackboy blueprint Collab
3 BlackBoy Blueprint youth were featured as main characters in a paid Carhartt commercial and showcased on billboards across multiple markets, gaining global brand exposure and real-world media experience. Participants were compensated for their roles, reinforcing the value of their skills, time, and professionalism while engaging in a high-level corporate partnership.
This experience aligned with Q2: Hands-On, Minds Sharp by connecting youth to career pathways, hands-on industry exposure, and income generating opportunities within creative and commercial spaces.
Hands on, Mind Sharp : Blueprint Builders Lab
Youth engaged in hands on trade based learning through the Blueprint Builders Lab, gaining practical experience in construction, tool usage, and real world problem solving.
Participants developed technical skills, teamwork, and confidence while being introduced to viable career pathways in the skilled trades.
This experience aligned with Q2: Hands-On, Minds Sharp by providing direct exposure to workforce skills, hands-on training, and career readiness opportunities.
Mr. Blueprint Crowning and Etiquette Dinner
Forty youth participated in a formal etiquette dinner and crowning ceremony, where they learned dining etiquette, professionalism, and social confidence in a structured environment. The event celebrated leadership and achievement, recognizing Mr. Blueprint and Junior Mr. Blueprint while reinforcing standards of excellence, accountability, and self-respect.
This experience aligned with Q4: Leaders of the Pack by developing leadership identity, public presence, and the confidence needed to step into roles of influence within their communities.
Suicide Awareness/ Candlelight Vigil
Over 100 community members, including DeKalb County School Board leaders and families, gathered to honor Isaiah Harris and raise mental health awareness. Youth received resources from ViewPoint Health and engaged in conversations around emotional expression, coping, and community support.
This event reinforced Q3: Mental Armor by equipping participants with tools for confidence, clarity, and healthy coping.
Test of a Man Event
Twenty BlackBoy Blueprint participants attended the “Test of a Man” event hosted by Sheriff Scandrett and Shaquille O’Neal, engaging in a powerful panel discussion focused on overcoming life’s obstacles. Youth gained real-world insight on resilience, accountability, and decision-making from community leaders and mentors.
This experience directly supported Q3: Mental Armor by strengthening confidence, emotional awareness, and the mindset needed to navigate challenges with clarity and purpose.
