Our Story

BlackBoy Blueprint was founded by Taraneika Brady, an educator, youth advocate, and community leader with direct experience working within DeKalb County schools and underserved communities.
Through her work in education and workforce development, she identified critical gaps in access to career exposure, financial literacy, and mentorship for young men. In response, she developed the Blueprint Brotherhood Pipeline™, a structured, outcomes driven model designed to equip boys with the skills, resources, and pathways needed to achieve long term economic mobility and leadership success.

We believe every young man deserves the chance to unlock his full potential . Through hands on programs, leadership development, and real-world career pathways, we provide the tools and support needed to help boys build confidence, resilience, and purpose.
